With over 1,250,000 square feet of space located strategically throughout the United States, Canada, and around the world, Guest Supply, our exclusive distributor, ensures our customers get what they need, when they need it – resulting in operations that run smoothly. This partnership provides a truly global footprint, allowing us to effectively serve our clients, anywhere their growth takes place. From Europe to the Middle East to the Far East, they can count on continued support from Gilchrist & Soames and Guest Supply to access the products they depend on, when they need them.

Shipment Promise. Domestic orders ship within one business day from when the order is received. Tracking information is communicated via electronic notifications.

Systems and People Manage Inventory. Inventory management systems ensure warehouses are fully stocked so your products are ready and waiting to go out the door. Talented teams work alongside systems to override, update and re-forecast inventory as your demands change over time.

Systems and People Manage Distribution. About Us

Environmental Stewardship

Renewable and Sustainable Raw Materials. Our linen and terry products are made principally from cotton, which is a renewable and sustainable raw materail. Certified organic cotton is available by special order.

Energy Saving. Our products come ready to use right out of the box -- eliminating the need for initial laundering which saves energy.

Recycled Content. The polyester in many of our products includes recycled content ranging from 25% to 100%. This use of recycled resins helps minimize waste in landfills, while reducing the demand for new petroleum-based raw materials.

No Harmful Chemicals. Certification by the international testing lab Oeko-Tek and AZO-free processing provides assurance that our products are free of harmful chemicals.

Recycled and Recyclable Packaging. Packaged with recycled and recyclable materials and reduces landfill waste.
