We are proud to be placed in the 85th percentile within our industry, highlighted by an exceptional score of 90/100 in Ethics and an advanced score of 70/100 in Sustainable Procurement.
EcoVadis provides an evidence-based online platform that offers supplier sustainability ratings, enabling companies to evaluate the ESG performance of their global suppliers. The assessment covers a range of CSR issues grouped into four core areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
Renewable and Sustainable Raw Materials.
Our linen and terry products are primarily crafted from cotton, a renewable and sustainable resource. We offer certified organic cotton and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) cotton by special order. Additionally, Manchester Mills can source sustainable cotton through our Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) partners.
Recycled Content.
The polyester in many of our products contains recycled content ranging from 25% to 100%. Utilizing recycled resins reduces landfill waste and decreases the demand for new petroleum-based raw materials.
